Classic Exteriors’ number one intention through the Covid-19 Pandemic is the health and safety of our employees and you, our valued customers.

Classic Exteriors will be OPEN and continue to operate and service you to the absolute best of our ability. The Governor’s Stay in Place order does not apply to residential construction as it is an “Essential” business. If Ohio is hit with a damaging storm, without companies like ours already open and ready to serve, it could be even more damaging to the community.

FOR CLASSIC EXTERIORS CUSTOMERS WITH PENDING PROJECTS:

We have and will continue to take any and all precautions to protect you and our staff. We are wiping our counters, doors handles, monitoring employee body temperatures, cleaning our trucks and having all employees maintain proper hand washing techniques. Most of our work is outside and we will be practicing, to the best of our ability, 6 foot social distancing.

All of our suppliers are also “Essential” businesses and will continue to remain open. They are stocked with plenty of material and stand ready to serve.

If you have already placed an order with us lead times may be extended a bit due to the disruption, but we will continue building.

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN CLASSIC EXTERIORS REPAIRS AND HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS:

We remain OPEN, and are actively providing emergency services. Please contact us to schedule an immediate, or future, consultation.

We have a remote call center open 24 hours a day, 7 days to answer incoming phone calls. Our office has been reduced to essential staff only. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.
